** Extended Hours Service
The Practice offers an extended hours service, providing pre-bookable telephone appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 7:30 AM. Additionally, pre-bookable telephone appointments are available on Wednesday evenings until 6:30 PM.
Our reception staff are available to assist if you wish to access this service. Please note that our phone lines open as usual at 8:00 AM for routine and urgent care
Restricted Access
Our practice observes restricted access between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM daily. During this time, we will attend to emergency and urgent cases only. We kindly request that you avoid calling or visiting the practice during this hour unless it is an emergency. Please also note that the Medical Centre's doors are closed every Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Staff Training – Wednesday, 25 February 2026
In line with the Protected Learning Time initiative for General Practices across Dundee, the Practice will be closed from 1:00 PM on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, except for urgent medical matters.
- If you require urgent medical care that afternoon, please contact the Practice. Our reception team will refer you to the GP Out-of-Hours Service, who will then contact you directly.
- For non-urgent medical care, please call back the following day or contact NHS 24 on 111.
- In a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.
